The aim of this online course is to provide an introduction to how fires start and the elements of fire, the most common causes of fire in the workplace, how to improve fire safety in your workplace, the types of fire extinguishers and how to operate a fire extinguisher, and finally, in the event of an emergency, what to do in the case of discovering a fire and evacuating the workplace.
