This course includes the requirements for Isolation, Lock Out and Tag Out (LOTO) and is intended to help workplaces design and implement their own safe energy isolation procedures to reduce the risk of injury or death during plant inspections, repairs, maintenance, and or cleaning.

• Key terms and definitions which apply to isolation lock out and tag out.
• Lock out and tag out equipment,
• The principles of energy isolation.
• Steps to be followed in an Isolation, Lock Out and Tag Out (LOTO) Procedure.

Certificate - Upon successful completion of the Module and the assessment questions, participants will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.
